The main strength of ginseng (Germanium)

Germanium (Ge) - trace element that thanks to its properties, improves the efficiency of the immune system is fighting with cancer, reduces pain. The daily requirement of the human body - 0.4-1.5 mg.

In humans, the organic germanium has a broad spectrum of biological activity:

• antihypoxia action provides - provides the transfer of oxygen to body tissues and transferring oxygen, prevents the development of oxygen deficiency in the tissue level, reduces the risk of so-called blood hypoxia that occurs with a decrease of hemoglobin in erythrocytes;
• It stimulates the immune system, suppressing the reproduction processes of microbial cells, activating macrophages and specific cell immunity;
• has antifungal, antiviral and antibacterial properties (stimulates the production of interferon to protect against foreign organisms);
• is a powerful antioxidant - blocker free radicals in the body;
• inhibits growth of malignant neoplasms and prevents metastasis (neutralize negatively charged particles of the tumor, thereby inhibiting its development);
• valve regulates all of the digestive system, peristalsis and the venous system;
• reduces pain (germanium compound stop the movement of electrons in nerve cells, thereby stopping the pain).

Germanium requires : infections of various origin, reduced total body tone, when recovering after illness, osteoporosis, anemia, and the treatment of immuno-deficiency states.

Germanium is a rare trace elements, it is present in many foods, but in microscopic doses. Among the few plants capable of absorbing germanium and its compounds from the soil, is the leader of ginseng (to 0.2%) which is widely used in Tibetan medicine. Germanium also contain garlic, camphor, aloe vera, comfrey and bow conventionally used for the prevention and treatment of various diseases. 

Food sources of germanium : garlic, parsley garlic, Reishi mushroom , mushrooms, bran, beans, tomato juice, fish, squid, mussels , shrimp, kelp , milk.

Warning : Organic germanium is not toxic. No symptoms observed in single administration of high doses of micronutrient into the body. To date, no side effects have been reported.

Champion on the content of germanium among food is garlic. It contains 750 mg of germanium per 1 g dry weight of chives. In Eastern medicine has long been used Reishi mushroom as a valuable source of trace element.

Application : adults 5 cm 3 (1 teaspoon) dissolved in 100 cm 3 of water, juice or tea - consumed twice a day with meals. Shake well before use is recommended.
