Product description The granary S10 F810
The granaries with active ventilation is made of galvanized steel and consists of: roof with loading pipe, a ladder and a hatch; walls with door and internal staircase; flat basement with a perforated floor; unloading transporter; cleaning transporter; ventilator. Loading of grain in storage is produced by bucket elevator and belt or pneumatic conveyor.
- Capacity (wheat) - 610 tons.
- Diameter - 10 m.
- The height of the walls - 9,6 m.
- Full height - 12,6 m.
The foundation is a flat, monolithic, reinforced concrete slab, in which are made air ducts and duct for mounting of unloading conveyor. Ventilation ducts closed from top to perforated sheeting.
The granary works as follows:
The grain, for storage, via bucket elevator or other conveyor mechanism is filled from above through the charging nozzle. Filling sensor turnes on, when amount of grain reachs the maximum level. During storage, the fan and the air is blown into the ventilation canals if necessary. From canals through the perforated floor air comes from below into the grain mass, passes through it and comes out.
For unloading of grain transporter is activated, gates open in rotation, and grain fed to external transport mechanism. After full discharge through the gates, cleaning conveyor is installed inside and carried out complete cleaning of the silo.
Сontrolled by the remote control, which is not supplied.
